Kinarden Search was born from a simple idea: that recruitment, done properly, should feel like a partnership — not a transaction.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across both large global firms and growing start-ups, placing risk and analytics professionals at all levels. That journey taught me the value of treating each mandate as completely unique. It’s about understanding not just the role, but the impact of the hire, the gaps it’s solving, and the culture it needs to complement.
We partner with banks, fintechs, alternative lenders and consultancies — often helping build out credit risk, regulatory, or data teams. I value long-term relationships and bring experience partnering with credit risk and analytics clients over many years.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wife and three young children. I enjoy sports including football, rugby, golf, cricket and athletics.
